As an experienced businesswoman and managing director, I have spent over 15 years in recruitment consulting, specialising in the needs of companies in the transport and logistics sector. After graduating with a degree in business administration, with majors in human resources and service management, I initially worked at Deutsche Post DHL, where I gained valuable experience in account management. Together with Wolfgang Meyer, we set up the company LINEARIS Beratungs-GmbH and developed it into a successful business. Today, our company Linearis offers not only recruitment consulting, but also strategy consulting and organisation consulting to provide holistic support for companies.
Our work methods involve a steadfast commitment to reliability and trustworthiness. We take the time to get to know the companies and people we work with in order to find the best experts who are the right fit for your team, both professionally and personally. Since 2024, Sarah Martin has been leading the company as the sole managing director and majority shareholder and has established herself and LINEARIS Beratungs-GmbH as an indispensable partner for numerous companies through her strategic and empathetic advice.
