As an experienced entrepreneur and Managing Director, I have spent over 15 years specializing in personnel consulting, focusing on the needs of companies within the mobility and logistics sectors. Following my business administration studies—with a focus on human resources and service management—at Deutsche Post DHL, I gained valuable experience in account management. Together with Wolfgang Meyer, I built LINEARIS Beratungs-GmbH and developed it into a successful enterprise. Today, our company, Linearis, offers not only personnel consulting but also strategy and organizational consulting to provide holistic support to companies.
Our way of working is characterized by reliability and trustworthiness. We take the time to get to know the companies and people we work with intensively in order to find the best experts who are an ideal fit for the team, both professionally and personally. Sarah Martin has been the sole managing director and majority shareholder of the company since 2024 and has established herself and LINEARIS Beratungs-GmbH as an indispensable partner for numerous companies through her strategic and empathetic advice.
